In October 2004, we set out on the road for a few more screenings.

Leon drives into New York City.

 

First stop: New York City...    The Manhattan skyline.

 

 

...where we showed it at RACCOON, a non-profit organization
focused on reconciliation programs in former Yugoslavia.

The next morning, after a quick stop in Astoria
to stock up at the Croatian grocery stores...

...we were back on the road, headed to Boston.

There we screened the film at a special conference
sponsored by the Center for Balkan Development.
Our audience consisted of academics, NGO representatives,
and others with an interest in the postwar Balkans.

With only a few hours between screenings,
we returned to the road
and headed up to Burlington, Vermont for
our second screening
in the Vermont International Film Festival.

Then it was bye bye to New England
and back on the road home
to get ready for our next screening in Washington DC.
