Erica and Leon wait outside the classroom while the film is being screened.
Those attending the screening
included professors and academic researchers
from across the United States and Europe.
They represented a variety of fields:
international relations, European studies, language, and sociology.
Following the screening, Erica
Ginsberg and Leon Gerskovic answered questions
about such issues as what the documentary showed about the hopes for reconciliation in the
region.
The questions continued well after the presentation had ended.
Afterwards, we had a little time for lunch...
...a nice stroll on campus...
...a chance to catch up with
Sandra, our DP from Belgrade
(who is in the U.S. to study English
and soon get her MFA in cinematography at AFI)...
...and even fit in a little
shopping
(it's us, afterall)...
...before it was back on the road
for the four hour drive home
(as much as Erica regretted having to leave
the primo parking space we had lucked out in finding).
